HIV/AIDS The Whole Affair

What i am about to write would be a controversial issue. I just want to talk about the way HIV AIDS is beign publisized. It is making it more of a trend than a taboo sickness. Recently in a national daily in my country someone who is blind was saying that an HIV + person gets more respect than him. I was shocked and i ask myself what is the truth. HIV AIDS is a deadly diseas that has no cure and kills millions each year. It has been reported to have killed more people than any war has.
Yet it is something that can be prevented and avioded, in the developed countries a major source of infection is through sex also the same in developing and underdeveloped nations. So to tackle the problem let us go to the root.
Sex is an act that some see as sacred while to others it is just an action, yet it has deep meaning and consequences.Sex is meant to be an act of copulation between two p[eole whather straight or gay. But inb situations when more than one person is invovled then risk occurs. most people who get infected through sex is as a result of one's partner beign unfaithful, so then why do they become celebrities as a result of their unfaithful act? To me tyhe only one's who really need help are the children, wives of unfaithful men and vice versa, accidental infected people maybe through work exposure. Sorry to sound biased but it is the truth. Someone sleeps around gets AIDS starts a campaign on discrimination against PLWHA and feels he/she is a good role model. If we are to combat any issue and ADIS we should preach that sex should be avoided and be done only between a couple be it Gay ( in this case there most be commitment) or straight(strictly marriage) ande tell the youths especially that sex is a major source and condom is not a preventive measure it is only 4 pregnency only.

I think we need a youth media huse that face real issues. Most youth related tv programs center aroound sex, wild parties, drugs, fashion and rebellious attitude. But in reality youths are been discouraged to do such activities yet why the whole media promotion of such.Look at the musical videos we have on air it is nothing but mild pornography, Youths should be encouraged to take action and cause a change in their community kmnowing fully well that they are the future leaders of tommorrow. If every youth should be myopic about life then what is going to happen toour future would we digress instead of progressing.I think it is high time we start working towards having the first youth television station. It would be a medium for us to report events and news as they apply to us youths promote youth related issues, events and projects.

I am using this oppurtunity to warn people all over the world about 419 that is the money fraud being done in my country Nigeria. One of the meens in which this occurs is that.
The person sends an email introducing himself as a foreigner doing bussiness in Nigeria and wants to buy some goods from the victim and that the victm should send a pic and details of the goods that is to be bought also with the price. The after they recieve an email from the victim they then tell him/her that they are been owed an amount higher than the required amount through a cashiers check which would be fake. Finally the victim would receive an unknown fake check in excess of that required and also with a fake name and adress and the client then tells the victim totransfer the money to them via money trnasfer to nigeria using a fake name and adress please all should beware of such report to your local police when such arrives

Wow President George Bush jnr has really stepped into the shoes of his father
concerning Iraq. We all should air our voices to all the apporiate bodies. This single action alone is a great hindrance to the work of takingitglobal because
if a nation is against a nation then there is no peace and global rest.
I think that president George BUsh jnr should reconsider what he is doing before this escalates to a world war.
He should consider the innocent people he is killing in Iraq also those in America whose father or mother is in the military especially
those who are already dead. pls fight for the right to live say no to war
